Meditation room

Most of our classes, meditation groups, and weekend events are held in the Aro Ling meditation room, upstairs from our shop.

The room is decorated in a style traditional for Tibetan Buddhist shrine rooms. Its colours are both vibrant and peaceful. The room displays many works of Tibetan religious art—paintings, statues, and ritual implements.

It is often possible to visit the room, simply to enjoy its beauty, whenever the shop is open; or if not, then by appointment.
